Welcome to DBA Talent, your trusted partner in connecting Gen Z talent with global brands and creative opportunities. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of our website, services, and all related content (“Services”). By using DBA Talent, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or registering with DBA Talent, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other posted policies. These Terms apply to all users, including talent, brand partners, and visitors.

2. Changes to Terms

DBA Talent may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the new Terms. Please review them regularly.

3. Eligibility & User Accounts

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction. Under 18s may use our Services only with parental or guardian consent.

  • Account Registration: You may need an account to access certain features. Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for your account activity. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Partner & Talent Engagement

  • Opportunities: DBA Talent connects brands with talent for campaigns, events, and creative projects. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party opportunities.

  • Agreements: Specific terms for each engagement (deliverables, fees, timelines) will be set out in separate agreements between DBA Talent, talent, and partners.

5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Payments: Compensation terms are outlined in individual contracts. Payments are subject to satisfactory completion of agreed deliverables.

  • Refunds/Cancellations: Policies are defined per project or campaign agreement. DBA Talent is not liable for refunds outside of these terms.

6. Code of Conduct

All users must act professionally and respectfully. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or abuse

  • Disruption of campaigns or events

  • Impersonation or misrepresentation

  • Sharing false, harmful, or illegal content

  • Unauthorized commercial activity

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

  • DBA Talent Content: All platform content, branding, and materials belong to DBA Talent or its licensors.

  • User Content: By submitting content (e.g., portfolios, videos), you grant DBA Talent a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and promote it in connection with our Services. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on others’ rights.

8. Privacy & Data

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We may use your data for service improvement, analytics, and communication. You consent to receive service-related communications (with opt-out options for marketing).

9. Third-Party Services

DBA Talent may reference or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Use them at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

DBA Talent is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DBA Talent is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DBA Talent, its affiliates, and partners harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations or misuse. You may terminate your account by contacting us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts within the European Union.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any posted guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and DBA Talent.
